To mark five years in the business, Rosemont has dropped 'Recruitment' from its brand to reflect its growing partnership role in the service it provides to candidates and companies. Bristol-based Rosemont Partnership, as it is now known, specialises in mid to senior management roles in the built environment and was founded in 2012 by managing director Craig Davidge. Since then he has seen the evolution of the recruitment business away from a sales process to working in close partnership with candidates and clients on a consultancy basis.

He says: ‘Recruitment no longer truly represents what we do.  We are much more than a high volume process. We act as professional partners and trusted advisers to our clients, building relationships for the long term and really understanding what both the client and the candidate is looking for: we don’t just place a candidate and walk away. We also provide bespoke and in depth market intelligence to our clients throughout the process, enabling them to make informed decisions. Almost 80 percent of our business is now repeat, which is where we want to be. It’s a very competitive marketplace out there today and we want to make sure we are making the right matches for every client and candidate, both professionally and personally.’

Craig is the South West regional ambassador for the Association of Executive Recruiters and is passionate about driving awareness of and standards up within an industry that contributes some £31bn to the economy annually. Based at Aztec West, the company offers specialist services in construction, consulting engineering and architectural practice. Clients include EW Beard, Sir Robert McAlpine and Jubb Consulting Engineers.

The rebrand was undertaken in partnership with Wiltshire-based industry specialists RACS Marketing. Marketing Director Andrew Pinnell said: “We are delighted to be working with such a successful business where we can really demonstrate the true breadth of our service offering and the talent of our team.
